"There seems to be a two year cut off where they get rid of people on a regular basis and start from scratch."

"Contract was based on customer needs, which meant that customer could decide to go to oracle and leave our team out."

"The copany has people located all over the world. I have been exposed to many cultures, environments and ethics."

"I feel like I've hit a point where I cannot proceed in my career as I wish. Also, they are going away from the systems I love to work with ( RACs )."

"I've had four managers and two team leads while at Acxiom. They are all great people, and are easy to work for, and with. I would suggest they keep doing what they are doing."
