"I would suggest allowing employees more freedom with career growth."

"It's not the same company it used to be...stay away!"

"I enjoy the work and work with a great team of very knowledgeable associates."

"Having to drive 60 miles to the office. I am currently home-based."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue with the home-based program. There are some excellent associates who do at outstanding job while home-based. They don't work strictly 8 - 5 and make themselves available when needed, in the interest of keeping their clients satisfied."
