"I was homebased and the flexible work schedule."

"Good luck and hire in on what you expect because you will never get a raise. I didn't get one for 5 years and we had a 5% cut and 3% cut during this time as well."

What don't you like about working at Acxiom?

"They were always cutting our pay but would give themselves raises."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean up the dead weight at the top and then work your way down. They have people in the wrong places."

"Tough sales environment. High turnover and very little sales support. Very difficult company to work for these days. Use caution!"

"Constant shifting of organization and product focus. Lack of vision and horrible company culture."

"Take care of exployees. Focus on product development and stop re-packaging old stuff to try and compete in this market. Get innovative. Spend some money on product development and maintaining current products. They have lost focus on re-investing in the business."
