What do you like about working at Accountemps?

"Not one thing. They micro manage completely and are very very money motivated to the point of doing anything. Very bad experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Remember you only get one chance. Make it your best. You have to be a 1A (appearance, personality, intelligence) dressed to the nines with a degree or cert with lots of experience (work, computer). Kiss a lot of butt and say your prayers. Have a great resume too!"

What don't you like about working at Accountemps?

"The team would sit there all day long and talk about how much money they were going to make. Way too much back biting and gossiping. Couldn't quit stabbing each other in the back and arguing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They tried a lot of things with no success at the office where I was at. Short of cleaning house and starting over - nothing. They do rely way to much on their computer programs for stats and information - it makes EE's robots and wastes a lot of time. It's ridiculous! Lots of other recruiting companies think it's funny."
