"Accenture is a company that exemplifies a meritocracy. Individuals who strive to excel in their domain are recognized and rewarded. Accenture values a well-rounded professional interested in raising the performance of all through mentoring and helping as others have to them. I cannot more strongly recommend a company to work for."
"Accenture is a good place to get your start."
"great place to work, friendly environment"
"As a minority, you are 3x less likely to stay at this company for 2 years. There's no mandatory training for learning to work with folks who are different from you. The performance rating process is evolving but doesn't account your voice, only your managers who may not always like you. Pay could be more competitive. Training is minimal and many have to qualify for it."
"Best company to start work but really hard to keep up, and salary lower than normal rates at market but good benefits although."
"I've worked with Accenture since 2013. I have worked with great people and have learned so much from them. After 6 years I am ready to try another company and to experience different leadership style."
"I have been employed at Accenture since 2018. Accenture's workplace culture is centered around their core values; CORBIS: Client Value Creation, One Global Network, Respect for the Individual, Best People, Integrity, and Stewardship. These core values are a foundation for what makes Accenture a successful company which employs over 300,000 people all over the globe."
"I've worked for Accenture for about 2 years as an Application Development Analyst, the workplace is so good and there was continuous learning with frequent training sessions. The work schedule was so good along with periodic events and awards to boost employees performance. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Accenture to any person seeking for challenging roles."
"I've been working for Accenture for the past 5 months and it's been an enlightening experience, I've learned a lot of about myself and what I can contribute as a team and how my leadership skills come into play. This job has taught me a lot but I've reached a point where I can definitely find more use for my skills in a more challenging environment."
"I've worked for Accenture S.p.A since November 2018, while I'm ending my Master's Degree in Management Engineering. Last Friday (26/07/2019) I got this degree with a thesis in SAP BW and SAP HANA Studio about a Project that I did in Accenture: Microcontract for the Enel DIstribution."
"I have worked for Accenture for over 5 years. At times, the company is great but overall, there are inconsistencies in leadership."
