"I've worked for Accenture S.p.A since November 2018, while I'm ending my Master's Degree in Management Engineering. Last Friday (26/07/2019) I got this degree with a thesis in SAP BW and SAP HANA Studio about a Project that I did in Accenture: Microcontract for the Enel DIstribution."

"I have been working with Accenture since long time and have found it a good company to start your career. Their policies and work environment are quite good if you join the same as a Fresher. Overall in the long run it establishes a nice background to boost up subsequent growth in IT and related field."

"Possibility to work for different project; you can have many different experiences."

"Nothing special, Accenture is well known worldwide. In Italy there are some specific aspects I don't like too much."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"So many management levels that sometimes cover your real work. They have the visibility you have only to work and hope someone will say it was done with your time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be afraid of excellent workers. Hiding them is unuseful and can also destroy an excellent worker in a bored and angry one."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"I found incredible that the future of a resource of a 160,000 employees worldwide are strictly linked to the Senior Executives you meet during your first assignment. It is almost a trap. Once you have worked with them, if you performed well, they will never let you go even if it harms your professional growth."
