Accenture has great benefits and training but sometimes it's hard to find new projects for Software Engineers in the DC regions that would challenge your skills set. There are some projects that are just plain awful and you must have good connections to move up the ladder."

"Make sure you know how you handle stress, ambiguity and lack of direction. Ask questions regarding areas that you will have challenges with."

"The job was extremely overwhelming and managing expectations were often difficult and unreasonable."

"Better employee engagement and professional development. People work a lot to rarely have time to work with you in these areas."

"Prove that you are driven and want to achieve. This doesn't have to be in a technical way. You have to amaze them with something."

"I don't have the resources I need to complete my job to the standards I have set for myself. This causes me to have a great deal of stress and overtime."

"Don't stress out because it stresses out your coworkers."
