"If it's a federal project, then be prepared to do the task you are given until your contract is over. They make it really difficult for you to move to another project."

"Management is disorganized, no real effective communication between management and the front lines. Bending to the will of the client, when it's our job to steer away from the clients' operational practices, and implement a more productive and efficient method. Boring, unchallenged, no real opportunity to expand my knowledge, but hey, we have jean passes."
