"I worked for AAA staffing in 2013; it was a great place to be located at. The desk clerks were very adamant about getting work past to me in a decent time to make to the job site easy and on time. They where also friendly in doing so. Everyday I looked forward to going to work; to use my tools; so that I could use them the proper way."

What don't you like about working at AAA?

"I could write a book. Honestly, if they would treat their employees one-half as well as their members it would be a much better place to work. For insurance sales, the company does everything in its power to cut commissions and overwork its agents. How can a company who is not paying you a salary or an hourly wage demand you work 50 hours + per week This was the worst working experience of my life. I made decent money while I was there and was even recognized for being a top performer, but spent two years of my life enslaved at the hands of a very unpleasant task master. Every agent that I know of who is still there is unhappy. Most are just too afraid to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over, from the ground up. Happy employees translate to better performance and more $$ in your greedy pockets."
