"Management doesn't know how to develop employees. Micromanaging does not help reps to grow."

"I would make sure middle management was better heard. They need to talk more to the customer facing reps. They can help with the issues."

"The company has gotten more bureaucratic and political over the years and all its businesses are maturing. It was more fun when I started but still a good company."

"Zebra is a very comfortable place to work. You'll find it easy to accomplish what you need to get done at a very comfortable pace. As an engineer you won't be required to work overtime or on the weekends."
