"The company seems too big and can't possibly meet the needs of it employees. Right now they are buying many different companies and seem to be trying to figure out where they want to go."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The inability to know their employees and realize what value they bring to the company"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Properly align the right manager that understands all the job functions for all the employees he or she has. Management had to learn what we did and had no idea what we did and or how we did our job."
