What don't you like about working at Wynn Las Vegas?
"This is a very formal place, with coats and ties required at all times. It can be a bit stuffy."

What do you like about working at Wynn Las Vegas?
"I met new people everyday from all over the world. I loved speaking with people about different cultures and I was able to do that here. I liked the fact that we were so busy that you didn't relize that you just worked 14 hours straight with no break! It was hectic and crazy and it was fun. I enjoyed the people I worked with as dispatchers and drivers. I enjoyed making arrangements with other departments of the hotel."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a fast pase job. You need to have the ability ten fold to multI task. It's not for everyone. You need to be professional because the customers that you are helping are usually very prominent people in society."
What don't you like about working at Wynn Las Vegas?
"Almost the same thing that I liked about it. I was pregnant for a good portion of my time there and so on certain days I didn't like the hustle and bustle! It was hard on me some days to work those 14 hour days."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't have any suggestions really. This company was a great company to work for. They take care of their employees. The only thing that I can suggest is to bring the employee parking closer to the hotel so you don't have to walk 20 minutes back and forth!"
What do you like about working at Wynn Las Vegas?
"The worker bees are great and do their best to please management, but it is fruitless as management will use them as escape goats to save themselves."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Since you will only be working for Wynn 1 to 2 years (if lucky and can stomache the abuse), make sure that you are using them as they are using you up. In other words, keep your resume up to date and make sure you are always looking to advance your careen through Wynn to its vendors or other local casino/resorts. Also, do not sign any contracts or non-compete clauses...they are not standard...!"
What don't you like about working at Wynn Las Vegas?
"It is a good old boys management structure with both verbal and physical abuse taking place....openly...despite reports to both human relations and employee relations by over half a dozen people over the past 2 years..!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since management does not respect nor consider the people below them as people deserving of basic human rights, the only resolution to their problem is to remove all Directors and the CIO from their positions."

"Nothing anymore. All the good people were either forced out or fired."

"Do not work there unless you are young and need a job desperatly"

"Wynn Management as a whole really does not care about their mid level managers and below employees. They only care about themselves and will sacrafice anyone for them to look good upward."

"The current philosiphy is only working if you are a Director or above. Everyone else is a scape goat for them to keep their jobs."
