"Since you will only be working for Wynn 1 to 2 years (if lucky and can stomache the abuse), make sure that you are using them as they are using you up. In other words, keep your resume up to date and make sure you are always looking to advance your careen through Wynn to its vendors or other local casino/resorts. Also, do not sign any contracts or non-compete clauses...they are not standard...!"

"It is a good old boys management structure with both verbal and physical abuse taking place....openly...despite reports to both human relations and employee relations by over half a dozen people over the past 2 years..!"

"Since management does not respect nor consider the people below them as people deserving of basic human rights, the only resolution to their problem is to remove all Directors and the CIO from their positions."
