"WSI is a very entrepreneurial company, providing opportunities for employees to wear many hats and learn from the ground up how an internet marketing agency works – the good, the bad and the very challenging. I personally found the hands-on experience extremely valuable. Having the opportunity to work with experienced digital marketing consultants throughout the world has dramatically expanded my knowledge of the business and industry. I personally found this more valuable than my post-graduate degree in business. The organization is extremely fast moving, partly because of the industry but also due to the cultural mindset. This culture is best suited to people with an entrepreneurial aptitude and a passion for problem solving – industry always evolving. This is not the best environment for an office 9 to 5’ver as WSI supports a global agency network (‘24/7’) and requires travel outside of Canada."

"I like helping my customers by providing solutions to fill a need. I like training my customers to better understand the products, so it is easier for them to sell. I like to make sure that the customer is satisfied during and after the sale."

"It is a small company and there is no room for advancement."

"Pay attention to details, follow through with promises you make to the customer. Do what you say you are going to do."
