"WSI is a very entrepreneurial company, providing opportunities for employees to wear many hats and learn from the ground up how an internet marketing agency works – the good, the bad and the very challenging. I personally found the hands-on experience extremely valuable. Having the opportunity to work with experienced digital marketing consultants throughout the world has dramatically expanded my knowledge of the business and industry. I personally found this more valuable than my post-graduate degree in business. The organization is extremely fast moving, partly because of the industry but also due to the cultural mindset. This culture is best suited to people with an entrepreneurial aptitude and a passion for problem solving – industry always evolving. This is not the best environment for an office 9 to 5’ver as WSI supports a global agency network (‘24/7’) and requires travel outside of Canada."
