"Wipro Limited has many shortcomings due to a lack of integrity and leadership. Response by employees depends, of course, on what group they are in and whether you are working in India or the U.S. or other locations. The company is India-centric and both intentional and unintentional bias are prevalent. There are issues regarding integrity with what is presented to, and can or will be delivered to employees and clients. I have rarely seen the delivery of projects as promised due to overselling capabilities and resources. I have seen and heard of multiple occasions when clients have either removed Wipro from contractor lists or prematurely ended Wipro's services to them. The same can be said for its treatment of employees."

"I joined Wipro in 2008 and worked for almost 7 years. Initial experience was good. It really depends on luck what kind of managers you get. The accounts who are offshored in Chennai are the worst in my experience. Middle management is filled with slackers who are not employable in the job market anymore. Pay is like peanuts and job satisfaction is non-existent."
