The company is too focus on customer needs that lead to employee neglect. Their web site is NOT as simple as it could be. They heavily invested in AI to drive the site. LOTS of improvements are really needed. The pros sides do lead to other opportunities. But I felt so many times the customers interviewing me were a bit nervous and very discriminated against those that simply turned me away because of it."
