"The only thing at Williams International that I do not like is the lack of advancement opportunities. As a small successful company, employees wait for others to retire before opportunites become available."

"Suggestions I continue to have with management envolves process improvements. Recently I have been tasked with seeking out new methods to process scheduling engines into our repair station and monitoring costs. We were able to accomplish this in conjuntion with our IT department by combining two systems and making improvements to both."
