"I was placed in a factory, where I wasn't getting 40 hrs. I called Westaff and told them I wanted to move to a different job where I'd be able to get 50+ hrs. I already had one in mind that was in fact hiring thru Westaff. I contacted that other job, and they wanted me. Westaff told me they wouldn't move me from that job assignment. I then specifically asked them, "If I quit this job, will you place me in a different one?" They told me yes... so I quit. At that point, they told me because I quit that job, they aren't going to employ me anymore. They are liars and misleading... I will NEVER work for them again, or would I recommend anyone else to."

"WeStaff NOLA is a temporary staffing agency that has a division in Audio Visual and IT installations. Our labour coordinator is amazing at her job and tries (rarely fails) to get her skilled technicians as much work as possible and ensures fair professional practice from both client and tech team. I only mark average on most of the query because the only downfall is that the temp work doesn't really allow time to absorb the lessons on the the job so whatever is learned may be quickly forgotten."

"Have a thick skin. This economy can be tough and you have to know how to work around that."

"Not much room to advance, very old office equipment, not much corporate communication."

"Give more empowerment to the employees and do not micromanage"

"Working for Westaff was very full filling. I assited associates with job placement. Took their skills and knowledge it matched them up with clients needs. At the end of the day it was always rewarding knowing you helped in making changes in associates lifes."

"Be confident, prepared and most important letting them know that you work well with others."

What don't you like about working at Westaff?

"I believe it was the driving between client company and our staffing office. Daily drive about an average of 150-200 miles."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We can better service our client if a time clock system was installed in their warehouse. Money would be saved in the long run. Westaff is spending to much money on overtime and mileage paid for using my vehicle."

"I liked the fast pact and the opportunity to impact others in their future employment."

"There are more job opportunities in the light industrial placements."

"I didn't like the pay scale and dealing with some of the undesirable clients."

"I have no ideas at this time due to I haven't worked for the company in over 10 years."

"I am not sure where your system got B.V.I.G Financial from.. I worked for Westaff USA Inc. I liked that there was a great opportunity for advancement."

"The company was going through many changes and was at times a hostile place to work. They went through 9 different Presidents in just 10 years which led to many problems. It was not as streamlined as it should have been."

"They are no longer there."
