"Although a lot of placements were professional, we still had our share of bad work ethic workers. Very volatile commodity."

"Again, nature of the beast."

"Working with top companies at conventions such as Microsoft, Nvidia, Freeman, ATI, Adobe, and Google."

What don't you like about working at Westaff?

"I can only work during conventions. So when there's no convention, there's no work."

"If I had not moved and the same management was in place of the location I worked - I would still be with the company."

What do you like about working at Westaff?

"We had a great team effort in the office which was promoted by management. Customers loved us and sales were easy because you completely believed in the company and the people you worked with."

"To make sure that they know you are a team player."

What don't you like about working at Westaff?

"When I moved I had a 4 hour commute time. two hours to get there, two hours to get home. I tried to stay with them as long as I could. I wish they had had more locations and I would have transferred to a closer branch."

"Keep doing what you do - the employees will always give you their respect."

"I was able to work from my home and maintain my own work schedule."

"There was very little that I did not like about this job; I worked from home and was sad to learn that the company had been sold."

"Concentrate mostly on getting the new accounts and hire great placement coordinators."

"I am not sure where your system got B.V.I.G Financial from.. I worked for Westaff USA Inc. I liked that there was a great opportunity for advancement."

"The company was going through many changes and was at times a hostile place to work. They went through 9 different Presidents in just 10 years which led to many problems. It was not as streamlined as it should have been."

"They are no longer there."

"There are more job opportunities in the light industrial placements."

"I didn't like the pay scale and dealing with some of the undesirable clients."

"I have no ideas at this time due to I haven't worked for the company in over 10 years."

"Working for Westaff was very full filling. I assited associates with job placement. Took their skills and knowledge it matched them up with clients needs. At the end of the day it was always rewarding knowing you helped in making changes in associates lifes."

"Be confident, prepared and most important letting them know that you work well with others."

What don't you like about working at Westaff?

"I believe it was the driving between client company and our staffing office. Daily drive about an average of 150-200 miles."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We can better service our client if a time clock system was installed in their warehouse. Money would be saved in the long run. Westaff is spending to much money on overtime and mileage paid for using my vehicle."
