"What I liked best about working at P&F was the team atmosphere and camaraderie that was felt everyday. The relationships that were built over time and the loyalty between worker and employer. It has been one of the best employers I have had."

"Remember there is just as much a commitment to the company as the company will have to you."

"The fact that I had to leave."

"Keep up the good work. It's not easy managing people and making everyone happy. But you guys manage to make most happy."

"Well, the company went broke and laid everyone off. That's pretty much the biggest problem."

"People were great. Close to home at the time - walking distance in midtown Manhattan. Employee input had value."

"Awhile since I've worked there and I understand the company was sold and relocated."

"Too many third party apps."

"More than half of third party apps could have been converted into in-house apps. These in-house apps could have been a source of additional income."

"Have regular jam sessions with employees to hear ideas and keep everyone on the same page - so to speak."

"Working for Teledata gave me an opportunity to design and code, but not much room for in-house growth or training on other technologies."
What do you like about working at Teledata Group?
"Creating and designing new web interfaces and websites. I also loved to code CSS and X-HMTL for new projects."

"No since it has been six years since I worked there I do not know if the working environment has changed since than."
What don't you like about working at Teledata Group?
"There was no room to growth and not many opportunities to learn new things because of budget constrains we did not always update to the latest software so we were sometimes versions behind in software for many years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow the employees to learn new technology if it pertains to that department and allow them some time to absorb and use there new skill sets. This is something that they were not willing to do when I worked there."
