"I most like the environment & my co-workers. I don't have someone standing over me micromanaging my every move. We also don't have a lot of time wasting, useless meetings. If we have a meeting it's justified. Overall, I love working for eBiz."

"Wish we had more than 6 holidays off during the year. Like the day after Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve."

"So far I, it seems like management is running a well oiled machine."

"They were great people to work with, I had lots of training offered, and work-life balance was good at Capital One."

"There was too much politicking, and they had constant re-organizations."

"Exsilio Consulting is full of great people who do great work, although management is very un-organized with simple things constantly falling throug the cracks."

"Dress casual, be yourself, & be very prepared to work."

"The amount of work, the clients desire very status quo work which pushes no boundaries, & the management always dropping the ball."

"Hire HR, insurance & well being of employees can not be put on hold because management is out of town every other week."

"I like the atmosphere. It is a very corporate environment, but the people are great to work with."

"Look and act like a professional, no matter what position you are interviewing for."

"The limitation of working on only one company's site. You have to know the brand in and out and keep deviation from brand standards to a minimum."

"Sci-Port's a great company to be challenged by. Keep in mind it's a non-profit and you will not get the big bucks."

"There is no room for growth in my career."

"There should really be only one designer with us as a non-profit because there isn't enough workload to warrant two salary positions, but letting go the less-qualified of the two of us isn't an option for management. In today's economy, we need to trim the fat!"

"Sold to Marriott and too many managers were involved with different ideas of direction."

"Deliver a base solution first, rather than chase every idea a potential client wants added. Simply became to complicated to maintain, and foundation work was ignored for enhancements to pitch."
