What don't you like about working at Mobius Industries?
"On occasion, dealing with the office administration (Human Resources and Government Paperwork Authorizer) can be rather frustrating. More it's the lack of responding to e-mails and accomplishing what was expected in the time which it was specified. Simply put...it's not staying organized and delivering prompt communication."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the things you do well, and continually fine tune the areas you're weakest in. Don't be afraid to make changes if it means long term success for everyone involved."

"I worked for company just over a year where poor management and marketing eventually forced cutbacks resulting in my layoff."

"I was fully autonomous yet worked with just about everyone in the company to address concerns and needs for company online presence."

"I was usually overloaded with work as the only web person where needs and desires for site features changed as often as the direction of the wind."

"Think out of the box. Corporate cookie cutter management from afar does not properly address local needs and opportunities."

"This was my first international assignment, which was fun - I got to know the ins and outs of managing an offshore team."

"Run. If running is not an option, don't believe a word of any offer letter they give you. If you have the option, work as a contractor so you have a binding contract to hold over them if they renege on their promises."
What don't you like about working at Aplus.net?
"The C-levels were unfortunately completely divorced from the lives of their employees, to the point where they even ignored their promises made in employment offers - like equity options, bonus plans, and so on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The board should clean house completely, elevate the Sr. VP of Customer Care to CEO, and let him populate the place with people who actually know how to get the job done."
