"It was not a fair place to work. There was too much politics going on. It was not what you did nor how well you did your job, it was mainly who you were buddies with and hung out with during breaks. Because I did not hang out and did my job, I was let go so my boss could replace me with his friend."

"Be fair and value an employee on his job performance and accomplishments NOT if he told you a funny joke or got drunk during the weekend and came back to brag about it."
