"managed 100+ uneducated work force and expected to work 12-16 hours in a shift then turn around and come back in 6 hours to do it again. No training what so ever and if your not up to speed in Spanish, good luck."

"Add manpower both salary and hourly make supervision seen on the shop floor managing and not picking orders"

"The company had a great work atmosphere, employees as well as management wanted to work for this company. Pay, attitude, training, benefits and schedules were all top of the line."

"The way the plant closed was sudden, although they compensated well, the way it happened was not a very well planned event."
