"The CEO of the company was only looking out for himself and once WaMu was seized, jumped ship without having any remorse for the employees that helped build a strong bank."

"Sometimes too focused on the way things are always done, the last year was very rocky with the purchase by JPMorgan Chase."

"I wanted to venture into other areas of database management like the designer side and they were so centralized, you only did one thing. I like to learn all aspects of database management."

"I am a person who moves at a fast pace. I learn fast what my job duties will be. Then I'm looking for something new to learn. I feel this helps the company in the long run to have an empoyee that can perform well in different areas."
