What do you like about working at Wayne State University?
"I love the holiday time we get off, the benefits, and the diversity amongst staff and students."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. Anybody can get hired at Wayne. It is simple."
What don't you like about working at Wayne State University?
"I hate that is it so difficult to move up in the clerical/ administrative field, unless you know someone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train your employees. WSU is an educational institution and instead of educating their employees, they allow them to rot in corners and not encourage them to learn more."

"It began pretty good but then went way down hill."
What do you like about working at Walgreens?
"The only decent part about working there was working the floor from time to time, since you would have some freedom (sometimes)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have examples of past experience for the actual interview. If you plan on working as a service clerk, even if they ask you what days you can't work they won't pay any attention to that."
What don't you like about working at Walgreens?
"Mostly everything, it begins with the managers not caring at all about their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay attention to what the employees tell you, when I couldn't work one day and I informed the manager of this, it went ignored until the day before where I reminded them. I still got called and asked if I was coming into work that day. Also, mature a little bit. I am much younger than the store manager and my maturity level is clearly much higher."

"I was part time so I had a lot of downtime."

"Let the interviewer know that you are more of a leader than a follower and you will get more important responsibilities."

"I was not given an oppportunity to move in the company."

"Give everyone an opportunity for advancement and schedule the front end workers more hours."

"It was a good job for a college student. I was able to get good work experience."

"It had good people, great environment, great customers, and it was never boring."

"Make sure you have a good outlook and are willing to work with people."
What don't you like about working at Big Y Foods?
"I couldn't work as much as I wanted to, there were so many employees and they needed to spread hours around, that it wasn't the best source of income."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would say that management needed to keep a closer eye on the relationships of their employees. There was always some kind of interpersonal issue between people at some point while I was working there."

"Some coworkers actually do their job and work with one another to get things done."

"Keep pushing for advancement and have the information to back it up."

"Management doesnt communicate with employees. Too much babying and not enough letting employees learn from mistakes and grow positively in the workplace"

"I would work toward communicating goals and efforts to raise morale and confidence in my employers/not baby them."

"People were friendly at the Front end, lot of cute girls"

"Just keep your wits about you, if you really want the job and have confidence you'll get it...especially in September."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"An employee shouldn't be the last to know about a department transfer.When I came in to collect my check the Front End supervisor said so you'll be working here now which confused me to no end until I had the chat with management (you're not working out in grocery, you're a bagger now)"

"Being a little open to employer opinion. To better for the patient."

"It was a job that I went to with poor pay and poor hours."

"Walk away. The salery was actually less then $15,000.00 but you did not have the option on your survey."
What don't you like about working at Bradley Petroleum?
"There was nothing good about working at Bradley Petroleum. It was all bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus more on the employee in order to build loyality, keep quality employees, and lessen the turnover rate. I would also improve the safty of cashiers by providing register shields and giving them the ability to lock the doors."
