"I enjoyed my job at Walgreens however disagreed with the overall customer serviice set up which made sales difficult in developing new business."

What do you like about working at Walgreens?

"I worked with hundreds of wonderful people over my 10 years at Walgreens. I believe that they had a great vision in taking care of people."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"From a home care aspect I believe that they lost the home town feel that people want and tried to centralize call centers for patient intake. In my area this was a huge mistake and I heard about it on virtually every sales call. I always heard, we like your company but want to talk to someone locally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Though you're a major national company I would suggest developing a plan for a more local feel, i.e., local phone numbers versus 1-800 numbers."
