"The team is shrinking, and getting a lot less experienced. Projects are more difficult to create and execute."

"Be true to yourself and listen to your instincts and you will be happy. Do not try to fit/mould yourself into a role/company that is not you."

"Can be difficult at times due to lack of resources and our CEO is caustic and unprofessional in how he engages his people. He is old school and prefers this methodology. My commute is horrendous to and from work. After 1.5 years I can no longer continue to do this on daily basis and travel 1-2 weeks a month."

"Our CEO is wishy washy. He flip flops on decisions one week to the next. Makes one question his understanding of things."

"They were part of a parent company that went BK 13. Even though Suncom was very profitable, they couldn't safe the much larger parent."

"Don't purchase failing airline companies just to go public. Was not the best planning."
