"Its reputation, the fact that everyone that workd for the organization do things well, and I am surrounded by highly intelligent people. I felt very connected to hte organization's mission."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know your stuff, offer thoughtful ideas, don't be vocal just for the sake of being heard and maintian world class communication skills. These tenets will serve you well."
What don't you like about working at Johns Hopkins Hospital?
"As an academic organization, sometimes things moved a little slow for my liking."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Actually, little. It was teh right management for the right organization. If anything, be a bit more for profit oriented in policy but maintain the non-profit mission."

"We've been so successful that others in the industry bought us out."

"Enjoy Everyone here is on the ball and we all respect and work well together."

"We've been bought out because of our success. Great for the owner, but we've worked outselves out of a job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let's do it again! Let's develop another brand since we know how to do it."

"The rank and file generally work hard, care about the quality of their work and like to have fun."

"Your cultural fit with the firm is as important as anything on your resume. One should not underestimate the family ownership influence on all the things the company does."
What don't you like about working at Fidelity Investments?
"My time is often occupied with satisfying multiple levels of bureaucratic requests. There are too many powerpoint slides being created and too few decisions being made."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company has become increasingly less decisive with its decision making. Senior executives ask for more and more information, yet often, fail to actually make a decision on a deal or new venture. The broader organization feels the guiding strategy at the firm is not to rock the boat. Senior executive are rewarded for maintaining the status quo. The company plays to not lose vs to win."

"It's a small non-profit with no growth and no ability to move up in the organization."

"It's an ok place to work, but I have worked for much more cutting edge health care providers."

"The staff are great, it a nice place to work and good teamwork"

"Pay is not that good and working for a small company is not as challenging and exciting as working at a hospital."

"To embrance technology."

"Great company there just isn't a place for me...too senior for the role they need at Sweet Life."
What do you like about working at Sweet Life Enterprises?
"The company was in a bad computer install when I joined so, the ability of everyone to pitch in and help was very gratifing. We have now done another computer install to the parent's computer system and again everyone helped and it went very well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a great company."
What don't you like about working at Sweet Life Enterprises?
"There is really no challenge left for me. They need at best a plant controller here at Sweet Life and I need more than that. While they would find room for me at the corporate offices I felt it better to find another company that could benefit from my problem solving expertise."
