"I've worked for Vanguard for 3 years, and I've found it to be a pretty good company that provides easy to use service that gives people a path towards a successful retirement. As a younger employee, it's often hard to really get with the whole retirement program, almost all benefits and career paths are engineered towards you staying around long term. So if you want an extra 2 weeks vacation, be prepared to stick it through and through for about 15+ years. The pay isn't bad considering the area, however, if you expand your boundaries then you can see quite clearly that Vanguard isn't doing anything to attract top tech talent. It's a great place to start out, like many other reviews may state...but I don't think it's worth staying around long term, especially if you want to continue to grow in the tech space."

"I've been at Vanguard for 4 years now and I can honestly say it's a very good company to work for. There is a big emphasis on career pathing and personal growth. There is a good culture there the only downside is that it is a bit behind in technology."
