"The company is in a state of transition."
"I worked for Vanguard Investments since 2017. The company offers great training and ability to make great commissions."
"Vanguard does not care about their employees, clients, or anyone else. They care about maximizing profits and keeping prices low. As we all know, this means drastically underpaying employees and not hiring enough so that employees are forced to work overtime, not take lunch, and shorten their breaks."
"I have work for The vanguard groups since 2018 as a software developer."
"Great company to work in."
"Excellent benefits and good working environment. Good experience."
"excellent benefits and work environment"
"Not great management at the company."
"I've worked for Vanguard for 3 years, and I've found it to be a pretty good company that provides easy to use service that gives people a path towards a successful retirement. As a younger employee, it's often hard to really get with the whole retirement program, almost all benefits and career paths are engineered towards you staying around long term. So if you want an extra 2 weeks vacation, be prepared to stick it through and through for about 15+ years. The pay isn't bad considering the area, however, if you expand your boundaries then you can see quite clearly that Vanguard isn't doing anything to attract top tech talent. It's a great place to start out, like many other reviews may state...but I don't think it's worth staying around long term, especially if you want to continue to grow in the tech space."
"Competitive compensation, flexible schedule New technologies are being introduced very slowly, very conservative company"
