"Share pertinent information with subordinates as it becomes available. Specifically for superiors don't spend 3 hours a day in meetings talking about what should be done or what needs to be done, get out there and get it done."

"I am not able to do my job that I was trained to do. Closest I have gotten to my job, is the Dossier I have created for my Brigade Commander."
