What do you like about working at United States Army?
"Being in the army was one of the best times of my life."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This does not apply however, thank you to those joining the Military."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Working for the Army is difficult as you are severely micro-managed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Training in the specific applications of the job would have been beneficial."

"The company culture is great. I've enjoyed working with everyone."

"Make sure that your resume is in tact. Be helpful and courteous."
What don't you like about working at HMS Co.?
"There is a lack of upward mobility within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Prepare more long range opportunities as well as opportunities for growth."
What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"I like the way my office communicates with offices all over the world. It makes me feel like I'm working in a tall tower and can see everything going on in the whole world from my windows. I am worried that I will feel claustrophobic at a job that is only connected to the local community instead of the whole world."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you pick the right job. Find someone who is already doing that job no matter how hard you have to search, because that's the only way you'll get the real story, and the US Navy can be an amazing job if you're in the right section, but it can be totally ruined if you're not."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"I don't like feeling like an easily replaceable robot piece. I would prefer a job where I really felt like I, specifically me, was valuable to the job and like no one could do my job as well as I could. And if that means I end up working more hours then I am okay with that."

"I would think more about how my decisions affect my workers instead of how they make me look good."

"The flexabilty of hours and extra hours avalible that I had"

"The only thing I do not like is you can be let go for no reason being contracted"

"Check in with the staff often to make sure all is well on both partys"

"Mostly the people I worked with encouraged me to do the best job I possibly could."

"The overall experience is worth almost all the pain and suffering you endure."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"The red tsp sometimes was unbearable and the lack of information sharing slowed down productivity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Share pertinent information with subordinates as it becomes available. Specifically for superiors don't spend 3 hours a day in meetings talking about what should be done or what needs to be done, get out there and get it done."
What do you like about working at Army National Guard?
"We all worked for the same goal: to go home before 4."
What don't you like about working at Army National Guard?
"There were certain aspects beyond my control that affected me and many of my coworkers in negative ways."

"Somehow bring more funding into the National Guard and/or cut waste."
