"If you are knowledgable of the environmental regulations and cannot wiaver from ethical values such as acting with honesty and integrity and following standard operating procedures, look elsewhere for meaningful employment."

"The structure of senior management with little face time with the managers that do not work at the site interacting directly with operations managers. The need to be precieved as politically correct versus technically correct."

"Spend more time with the hands on presonel working in direct interaction with plant operations personnel."

"It has many layers of management. There are many bosses per project."

"Hand me down equipment. Our office chairs were really awful."

"Plan more team building events and employee get togethers offsite."
"Pretty good. Limit upward movement, but very stable."

"URS is a very large and very stable company. Many people I work with have been there for 10, 15, 20 years."

"This is a good company, but they struggle the same as any large company. They are worth the time to work there and see if you are a good fit. Most people have been there for 10+ years."

"They seem to hire anyone to fill a position and then complain that they do not have the experience needed. They are focused more on filling a spot them finding the right people."

"Learn to management, not micro-manage. Lean to encourage people not discourage them."
