"Make sure to research exactly what it is you will be required to perform in the position prior to interviewing for the position."

What don't you like about working at University of Washington?

"The amount of compensation leave much to be desired, though as a part-time position that is performed in conjunction with course work, I can't complain too much."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the management of the University of Washington, I don't have any suggestions as I believe they performed their jobs very well. For the upper-most echelon of management, I would suggest more funding for programs similar to mine."
