"I like the work that I do here, saving tax payer money and working on fraud analysis. The environment is great and my coworkers are friendly. If you like a laid back environment then this place is for you."

"Do your homework. This company is great as long as you find yourself in the right department."
What don't you like about working at University of Massachusetts?
"Middle manager have too much power. They exploit the system and abuse policies to get what they want. There's few opportunities for growth and what little there is is achieved through favor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think there needs to be some oversight. Some review of the policies. And an open-mind on how things can be done better."

"Convenient location, and I have sufficient time to focus on my research interests."

"It's a very perhaps cynical thing to say, but I'd suggest applying elsewhere."

"Insufficient compensation, an overwhelming lack of support, not aesthetically pleasing office space."

"I would suggest working against the modern tendency to replace full time employees with part time employees."

"The structure of the company was organized with good leaders and teachers. The chefs were helpful and gave us freedom to learn by ourselves. You were working with a group of peers who were attentive and respectful."

"Be prepared to work and learn from your mistakes. Use the skills learned from this position because it can be transferred to other professions."

"Sometimes the chefs allocated the workload unfairly which caused some of my peers to complain."

"Establish a more organized staff schedule so that work is done efficiently. Often times to many people were scheduled with an uneven amount of work to be done."

"I don't like the instability and changed in salary, benefits, schedule."

"Interact and consult with the front line/clinical based employees to make them feel valued. We don't feel valued at all. We are expendable."
"The intramurals department at Umass Dartmouth has treated me well, The staff is very committed and passionate about the league. My boss Jerry Jennings is very helpful and enjoys our input."
