"Be prepared to work and learn from your mistakes. Use the skills learned from this position because it can be transferred to other professions."

What don't you like about working at University of Massachusetts?

"Sometimes the chefs allocated the workload unfairly which caused some of my peers to complain."

"Establish a more organized staff schedule so that work is done efficiently. Often times to many people were scheduled with an uneven amount of work to be done."

"The graduate student salary and benefits were really low. Need a job with real salary."

"Not sure about the CEO but the chancellor of the university could have done more for research than getting the poor football team in MAC."
