"There was a general lack of understanding about the job I was performing. Our CEO retired and with the new boss came new management. This left an education gap in the implementation of graphic services"

"Take a little time to get to know the design and production processes. Everyone will benefit in the end."

"The people and the flexible schedule and control. The supervisor and Manager had very little supervison on the position."

"The job was good and I enjoyed it but I defintely thought the position should have been higher. You might want to try somewhere else onless you believe that you can find a high position within the organization."

What don't you like about working at University of Colorado?

"The pay was low for the position. The job security was real low and you never felt that secure about your job."
