"I am a graduate TA for the EBIO department so this is not an ordinary job for people who are not graduate students. But, overall, I love teaching and educating my students. I am also a mentor and that brings me tons of joy. If this was a normal career I would recommend it only if the pay was higher."

"Increasing growth in terms of funding and laboratory size would create means of rewarding exceptional performance among the lab's employees which would greatly enhance morale. More critical management of underpreforming employees would also benefit the company."
