"Interview at Vanderbilt, Emory, University of Georgia, or a university somewhere else."

"Working at UAB is ok, but I feel a little rudderless and I do not feel ther is much opportunity for growth."

"I would communicate more. I would try to help my employees grow and achieve more."

"I was only a student worker at UA but I loved the atmosphere."

"Don't be a work study. I'm sure actual empoloyees were treated better. This was just a student job."

"Some people were not likable and I wished they would lighten up"

"I liked everything. My manager was very knowledgable and likable. I would not change a thing"

"Always have a positive attitude and encourage others in you work environment."

"Now that I've learned most of the ropes, I feel like my time is over soon, and need to move onto something more challenging."

"Take the role to the next level. The current supervisor is already in the right mindset to lead others, so I would continue that tradition and set even higher goals to reach."

"GREAT place to work and a great environment to work in (depending upon the department you work for and your day-to-day duties), but just be prepared for limited advancement up the chain."

What don't you like about working at University of Alabama?

"I think that for my position, the pay does not support the level of experience and education required to effectively perform this job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are only going to hire Master's level education employees, then require that in the job announcement and stop paying for only Bachelor's level employees (nothing against them at all... just a bit misleading in the job announcement and pay)."

"good working environment, instrumentation, supervision, good management, transportation is also good"

"should be well-prepared for physical property studies of the organic materials for molecular electronic purposes"

"short-time contract, salary is not high, full scale medical and dental care was not provided"

"long-time contract would be better to ameliorate good research. management should also pay medical coverage"

"I am an independent consultant, and I do not have problems with the company I am contracting with."

"I could only suggest that the company's management continues to stay involved with their employees, and continue to encourage us."

"The benefits and secuity are great. My coworkers are great too."

"Good hob security and most coworkers are great. Just a very slow moving monster."

"We are too concerned with acting like a hospital at every turn. There is room to have a little fun."

"I'd acknowledge that there are two different set s of employees. Clinical and non-clinical and tailor work environments to those two."
