"Everything; the lack of support from management, the unethical behavior, the expectation that you will be a robotic machine and be willing to take the blame for the actions of others."

"Grow up and stop playing nanny, welfare state to the cry baby professors."

"GREAT place to work and a great environment to work in (depending upon the department you work for and your day-to-day duties), but just be prepared for limited advancement up the chain."

"I think that for my position, the pay does not support the level of experience and education required to effectively perform this job."

"If you are only going to hire Master's level education employees, then require that in the job announcement and stop paying for only Bachelor's level employees (nothing against them at all... just a bit misleading in the job announcement and pay)."

"I can deal with various undergraduate students and teach them, help them in understanding the subject matter. This way my communication skill has improved a lot and I feel I have improved my way of expressing my knowledge in a better way."

"Provide some offers such as project competition such that students get more involved in it and utilize their knowledge in the practical world."
