"USEC was a pretty good place to work. Great pay and great people to work with and for, but on a little personal note . . . in some cases, there was too much tolerance for extreme personalities. As a regulated business, rocking the boat and making personnel corrections is undesirable. Some management styles reflected the mommy/daddy - child hierarchy. Also, working in a secured environment gives limited access to the outside world."
