Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Really listen at the interview as the Census Bureau is a whole other ball game and very under rated. The Census is very complex and need to understand chain of command, and structure when entering into a government role. You almost have to throw out all the rules you know, and start new, but once you are in, you work in the chain and just make it that much stronger."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest trying to find out what the culture of the department you're working for is. Every one of them is different."
