"Location was not condusive for advancement. If I wanted to grow w/ the company I would have to move to NY or Chicago. Not an option."

"The people that were employed there were quite excellent. It was a pressure cooker that allowed me to see how working in that environment felt."

"Currently the firm is going through heavy restructuring. They do not value the low level employees. IT is severely undervalued, and takes an undue amount of strain and blame."

"Don't cut bonuses, stop firing people."

"I liked how it prepared me to get a better feel in what a corporate environment feels like. They had me interact with clients on a daily basis and complete investment lunch seminars on a monthly basis."

"I did not like how it was an unpaid internship but it was a great experience nonetheless."

"One thing I would suggest is to reward the interns in some way after recruiting a prospective client. This would really motivate the other interns and make them feel more appreciated."
