"Be more relaxed about hiring new testers, testing tools are becoming dummy-proof."

"Beta Test Team; all they wanted to do is do their share of work and leave the environment unstable without consulting the testing team."

"Get rid of Beta Test Teams. Pay Test Teams little more to perform Beta, UAT, and Deployment tests."

"should be more dynamic and quick to accept changes.At times feels a bit too much as rule-based organization"

"Develop lower/middle ranking employees. Show leadership, not just rhetoric. Empower employees to make decisions rather than be afraid."

"the commute isn't too bad, and there are a number of fringe benfits, like dicounts on gym memberships, opera tickets, etc."

"the only thing you can be guarantted is salary, everything else, its anything goes!"

"I didn't appreciate being lied to, and people work 60- 70 hours a week without giving it a second thought"

"don't lie to perspective employees! and when someone tells you that something can't be done on time, listen!"
