What don't you like about working at UBS?

"The culture of meritocracy has declined over the past 5 years. All raises, promotions and bonuses have been frozen for the past 3 years, and exceeding objectives is no longer reason for reward. "Management should nurture talent within the firm. There are many intelligent and talented individuals, who often leave the firm because they are not recognized or rewarded appropriately. Without any fresh eyes there is little room for innovation, and the firm does not evolve alongside the rest of the industry."
