"Some of the policies that we had to work around were very constrictive."

"The students are local and the schedule is very flexible."

"The off season (summer). Other than that it's all good."

"Continue listening to suggestions. Summer employment opportunity would be great."

"There was not much of an interview. Good grades is how you get the job I held."

"The boss was not the easiest to get along with. There was no possibility for growth."

What do you like about working at Cornell University?
"If you're a tutor for the athletic department you decide with your pupil when and where you want to work. It gives you incredible flexibility, especially when prelim season rolls in and days you used to be free now need to become study periods."

"It's much better to have technical classes you can tutor because those are the classes people most generally need help in."
What don't you like about working at Cornell University?
"If your athlete didn't show up, you had to reschedule and waste your time waiting for them."

"None. This was a well-managed operation where the athletes were served the help they needed due to their intense schedules."

"The Learning centers are not just a resume strength nor purely a help to students; they are also invaluable for personal learning of the basic courses."

"I have litle opportunity at this time to advance within my department, since it primarily consists of just tutors and program directors."

"The course professors do not have much interaction with tutors; this is implemented in more recent projects but needs standarized."

"I love to work For my School, reasons I am preparing my Self to be a Multitasking student by learning and helping others."

"I am not sure, I just recommend then to be a hard workers and responsible so that with their ideas and experience team work be our primary goal."

"Everything is pretty much Perfect, Reasons I work with other students like myself and we share new Ideas."
