"I worked at TruGreen Corporate for about 6 months, before the split with ServiceMaster. All in all, I love my team and my supervisor. They are fantastic people. Company culture is pretty nice! However, if you work here, be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility in terms of your work load and everything else that needs to be done, for not the compensation of doing as much as you will do. I am burned out, so that is why I'm job hunting. However, thank you for the experience, TruGreen. :)"

"I have no idea how can a company hire so many perverted men and house them in one roof. All the men here would come on to you while knowing you are married. While working there, I saw some of them touching themselves and no one ever did anything. The HR department is a joke. Half of the time, there is no HR so if you have any issues, too bad. Management is always putting each other down and thinking they are better than each other. The money is good but if you are a woman and are ok with this..."

"There is no future here. The longest employee for the company is one year in my location."

"Managers are controlling, micromanaging, degrading, and have a lack of knowledge."

"Look at industry standards. Be the wheel, not the brake. Learn to build morale."

"Don't work here - micromanaged, low pay, and not stable at all."

"I dislike upper management and the micromanaging that recently came into place. They do not offer sick days. You just don't get paid."

"Review who you have in the offices working. The company is wasting thousands on shady employees."

"Changing management was a challenge due to the fact that turnover in management is very low."
