"That they ask questions about benefits. When they begin and the cost. The cost of the benefits at this company are not competitve with other company's and are very expensive."

"The lack of support from my boss and his lack of knowledge in leadership quoted by the Vice President of Operations"

"The investment in training and more training. To take into consideration the seriousness of employee morale."

"Research any company you wish to join, knowledge is power."

What don't you like about working at Triumph Group?

"Obtaining technical documents required to perform the tasks at hand usually come after we've already received the product. We have very short turn times despite waiting for documentation."

"Listen to your lower level employees. Lower level employees may not know how the business works overall but they know how and what they do better than anyone. If improvements can be made they will know what they are."
