"Triumph Group Inc. is a growing aerospace company established with joint ventures. The local management team handles the company giving freedom for decision making. There is a great scope for electronics and electrical engineers. It builds engine control systems, tests, and installs flight control software. Various tests are done in multiple platforms before releasing the product. Overall, it's a good company with the limited growing opportunity."

"I love my manager and most of the people I work with. However, I am looking for something a little more personable. I feel like just another number or just job labor to the company. I work hard and I want to feel appreciated for the work I put in."

"I have worked for The Triumph Group since 2008. They are a good company to work for. they value their employees and engaged them in the business. I recommend this company to recent college graduates as well as experienced workers in the aviation field. Triumph has multiple locations both domestic and international. Do not hesitate to submit your resume to them, it is a great opportunity."

"I have been working for this company for a couple of years now. Nepotism and the good ole boy system are used to promote people who are not qualified for the positions they are in. Their business model is way outdated and there is major conflict of interest going on in the quality department. Management is resistant to change. Directors and Senior Managers are territorial and do not like suggestions on where things can be improved. Everyone is in fire fighting mode."
